Recently while trying to make more time in my life I decided to find time to get things done during lunch. I also decided to try and mix savings in, and thanks to a friend at work (Bill Cool) I now have not one idea, but 2.

IDEA 1: About $3.00 + a Drink – Hormel Compleats

Add a canned or bottled drink brought from home plus some microwave time and you can have a decent lunch (nothing huge) for a total of about $3.00, especially if you buy off-brand name drinks.

IDEA 2: About $2.50 – Taco Bell

Run by your local Taco Bell and grab 2 items off of the “Why Pay More” menu, or choose one of their “2 Dollar Meal Deals“. Oh, and if you are easily entertained (like me) you can roll your mouse over the Taco Bell bell at the upper left of the website and hear the bell ring (that’s free).
