Stouffer’s Stuffed Peppers with Beef in Tomato Sauce by way of Microwave is a quick 26 minute or less meal. Someone (me) didn’t want Fried Chicken tonight, but time was still important, so a fire-and-forget microwave dinner was chosen as the alternative along with the possibility of leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

Follow the microwave instructions on the box (see box for complete instructions)…

Cut film to vent and microwave frozen dinner on High for 10 minutes. Spoon sauce over peppers and re-cover. Microwave on high for 8-11 minutes, then let stand/cool for 5 minutes.

Add some minute rice, spoon some of the sauce on it and its not rocket science, but it makes for a quick dinner, and in this case leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.
