If the size of the picture is big and your Internet connection is slow that *might* be an issue. try sending something from your computer like a short text file. If that doesn't work for you then hit suggestion #4 and #5 above really hard. If the <a href="http://mail.google.com/support/" rel="nofollow">Gmail Help Center</a> doesn't fix it for you then you should be able to read around and even post in the <a href="http://groups.google.com/group/Gmail-Help-Discussion?pli=1" rel="nofollow">Gmail Help Discussion Group</a>. It looks like an extensive resource. "Unfortunately" Gmail sends my attachements just fine. Here are my computer specs: AT HOME 1 > Windows XP SP3, Gmail works in Firefox 3, Flock 2, Internet Explorer 7, and Opera 9. AT HOME 2 > Windows Vista Home Premium (laptop), Gmail works in Firefox 3 and Flock 2. AT WORK > Windows XP SP2, Gmail works in Firefox 3, Flock 2, Internet Explorer 8 BETA, and Google Chrome. I haven't had any problems sending or receiving Gmail beyond 1 or 2 hours at most, ever. Sorry I can't be of more help.
