When do you prefer to get your emailed feed?

For those of you who subscribe to feeds via email, when do you prefer to get the email in your inbox? I’ve currently got FeedBurner set to deliver between 9 pm and 11 pm but below are all of the choices offered. Leave a comment and let me know what time works best for you!
- 7 am - 9 am
- 9 am - 11 am
- 11 am - 1 pm
- 1 pm - 3 pm
- 3 pm - 5 pm
- 5 pm - 7 pm
- 7 pm - 9 pm
- 11 pm - 1 am
- 1 am - 3 am
- 3 am - 5 am
- 5 am - 7 am

I don’t get my feeds via email, I use Google Reader, but if I did, I would want to get them overnight, so they’re crisp, and fresh, and ready to read first thing in the morning before I start work.
